AIUB Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) and Lead Nation Academy (LNA) have launched the Industry Readiness Graduate Program (IRGP) — a practical, experience-driven initiative that connects students with industry leaders and provides opportunities for internships and career placements through a structured evaluation process, helping them transition confidently from academics to the professional world.
On 19 November, AIUB ICE and LNA hosted a seminar on “Industry-Focused Readiness Skills” at the AIUB Auditorium Campus, officially introducing IRGP to students.

Professor Dr. Dip Nandi, Associate Dean – Faculty of Science & Technology, AIUB, inaugurated the seminar, emphasizing that IRGP equips students with skills demanded by today’s job market and expressing gratitude to AIUB ICE and LNA for this impactful initiative.

IRGP is not just another learning program — it is a structured gateway for students to transition confidently from the classroom to the corporate world. By combining real-life case studies, mentor guidance, and direct hiring support through a structured evaluation process, the program ensures students start their careers on a strong foundation.
Students engage in practical, case-driven learning, connect academic knowledge with industry realities, and receive internship guidance and job placement support through a structured evaluation process, providing a tangible pathway to professional success.

He emphasized that through the IRGP curriculum, students will learn from 12 core topics, and after a structured evaluation process, strong performers will receive job placement support and internship opportunities under LNA.

A key highlight of the event was the on-the-spot internship and recruitment drive, arranged by LNA:

- 40 students participated in real-time interviews on campus
